Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted to Rashtrawani:
- Are accurate and not misleading;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- Contain appropriate disclosures where required;
- Do not make unsupported or deceptive claims;
- Do not contain malicious software or harmful code; and
- Comply with applicable advertising standards.
Rashtrawani may request supporting documentation for claims, certifications, licences or other representations where reasonably necessary.
4. Prohibited Advertising
Rashtrawani may reject advertisements that promote or contain:
- Illegal products or services;
- Fraudulent schemes or deceptive business practices;
- Counterfeit products;
- Malware, phishing or other harmful activities;
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- Misleading financial or investment claims;
- Unsubstantiated medical or health claims;
- Hate, harassment or discriminatory content;
- Explicit sexual content or pornography;
- Content involving exploitation or abuse;
- Content that promotes violence or unlawful activities;
- False or misleading government affiliation;
- Advertisements designed to impersonate another person or organisation; or
- Any other content that Rashtrawani reasonably considers inappropriate or unlawful.
Certain categories may be subject to additional restrictions, documentation or review.
5. Regulated Products and Services
Advertisements for regulated products or services may be accepted only where the advertiser can demonstrate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Depending on the category, this may include appropriate licences, registrations, certifications, disclaimers or statutory disclosures.
Advertisers remain responsible for obtaining all permissions required to advertise their products or services.
6. Political and Election Advertising
Political or election-related advertising may be subject to applicable laws, regulations, election authorities, platform requirements and disclosure obligations.
Rashtrawani may require additional information regarding the advertiser, sponsoring organisation, campaign and applicable authorisations before accepting such advertising.
Acceptance of political advertising does not constitute endorsement by Rashtrawani of any candidate, political party, campaign, policy or political position.
7. Financial and Investment Advertising
Financial products, investment opportunities, securities, lending services, insurance and related advertisements may be subject to additional regulatory requirements.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all required risk disclosures, regulatory statements and approvals are included.
Rashtrawani does not independently guarantee the performance, profitability or legitimacy of advertised financial products or investment opportunities.
8. Health, Medical and Wellness Advertising
Advertisements relating to healthcare, medicines, medical services, treatments, supplements, wellness products or similar categories must comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that claims are properly supported and that required licences, approvals and disclosures are in place.
Rashtrawani does not guarantee the effectiveness of any medical or health-related product or service advertised on the platform.
9. Sponsored and Branded Content
Rashtrawani may publish sponsored articles, branded stories, promotional features, interviews and other paid content.
Where appropriate, such content may be identified using labels such as:

10. Advertisements and Editorial Content

Advertisers cannot purchase or otherwise guarantee:

- Favourable news reporting;
- Removal of legitimate editorial coverage;
- Editorial rankings; or
- Specific editorial conclusions.
Commercial relationships should not be interpreted as influencing independent editorial decisions.
